Discord RPC does not pause on Nora pause

I'm not sure if this is a Discord issue or a Nora issue, though I will leave this here anyways.

+1 The RPC Discord implementation is a bit wacky. It's main issue is that it only changes when a file is opened -> there's no ("real-time") update at all.
