Every chapter is now linked to its predecessor and successor chapter. Its just a small change but can be helpful if someone is reading through them on GitHub.

why hasn't this been merged?

It has been a long time and now must have many merge conflicts. I guess it wasn't merged at that time because the project wasn't very much active. Let me know if you want me to make any changes.
