error fetching answer | model not loaded.

I have downloaded the ggml-gpt4all-j-v1.3-groovy.bin and ggml-model-q4_0.bin int the server->models folder. Then uploaded my pdf and after that ingest all are successfully completed but when I am querying anything then it gives the error of fetching answer | model not downloaded. How to resolve this issue?
