While installing the current Version, 1.0.145, even upon checking the 'Create a desktop shortcut' check box, there is no desktop shortcut when the install has finished.

How to access VirusTotal Uploader from Desktop:

  1. Go to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs.
  2. Find the VirusTotal Uploader file.
  3. Copy the VirusTotal Uploader file then paste it to %USERPROFILE%\Desktop.

Tell me if the above guide is useful.

Interesting. Seems like InnoSetup problem. What system version are you on?
