installer makes the program directory read-only

This is a hotfix for issue #120. The settings file location was changed since the new installer makes the program directory read-only.

Well, throw out this installer use a simple SFX if you can’t sleep without an installer.

Why change the catalog to root Roaming?!!!
Was it really hard make check a settings file there in both directories? The portable program should store and check the configuration file next to the executable.
