Add light-telemetry LTM

Hi, great project you have here. I would like for lighttelemetry to be supported. It is a low baudrate protocol at 1200 or 2400 baud it transmitts all the needed telemetry for an antenna tracker and more. It is already supported in Taulabs and has a PR ready for merge in cleanflight. Ezgui is also currently implementing it. There is also a gcs and osd supporting it available. I can send protocol specification ane links to CF source etc.

I already considered that. Will do it once i finish my current projects.
