Possible Errors in scripts under notebook/ and 'issues' forum.

Could you please check if test scripts in adaptis/notebooks(https://github.com/saic-vul/adaptis/tree/pytorch/notebooks) work correctly or not? I copied codes from .ipynb files to 2 separate (,py) files and tried to run on toy and toy_v2 datasets. Each time I am facing some errors as attached pictures, I tried to solve them but so far, I have been unsuccessful.
I also can not see the "issues" forum in this repo which was previously present. Reading those previously solved issues would be very helpful to understand AdaptIS. Can you please make visible the "issues" Tab? I am very keen to integrate some parts of AdaptIS into my project. I would be very grateful if you could help me test this model.
