Inconsistent build report to github

Description

Current setup or code posts reference to ongoing build when it is started to github, but after build completion replaces it with build result, which doesn't include reference to the build.

Steps to reproduce

Make commit to Universum repository.

Expected result

The reference must either be present during and after the build or there shouldn't be the reference during and after the build.

Actual result

The reference is present during the build, but it is absent after the build.
