Aim

Create bug on issue tracker on build failed.

Requirements

• this type of reporting must be optional;
• condition must be configurable;
• bug creation must be configurable;
• artifacts should be attached to a created bug: build logs, reports, etc.;
• responsible person must be assigned to a created bug;

Example

'Nightly' build configured to report bug if 'build failed'. When 'Nightly' build failed Universum must create bug on specified issue tracker, attach all collected artifacts (build logs inclusive) to created bug and assign this bug on specified person.
