Does TizenFX support third-party development on samsung smart signage?

For Smart TV, there is a supported version of TizenFX https://developer.samsung.com/smarttv/develop/specifications/general-specifications.html and a related guide is provided. https://developer.samsung.com/smarttv/develop/tizen-net-tv.html

However, Smart signage has a supported version of TizenFX in the Specification but there is no relevant API guide. https://developer.samsung.com/smarttv/develop/specifications/general-specifications.html?device=signage (There is only web.) And the page says ‘Tizen .NET is supported since Tizen 4.0 for Smart TV.’
