Running prerequisites failed while adding ONEToolchain

What?

In my environment, onecc-docker toolchain is failed during 'running prerequisites'. I attach the full video below.

  • I have not installed 'docker', and I wonder if it's the reason.

  • If there's any ways to get a log, please let me know 😃
