I'd like to become a ONE-vscode committer because I have non-trivial patches about ONE View, which can be viewed here: https://github.com/Samsung/ONE-vscode/pulls?q=is%3Apr+author%3Adayo09+is%3Aclosed

@dayo09 , there is no fixed number. You will need to get the consent and opinions of several contributors. As a matter of fact, we have 27 contributors in this repo. Do you think the current number of 👍 is sufficient? Do you think the time for this announcement was sufficient? How about taking a little more time and getting a more feedback? :)

Personally, I think you'll do a good enough job as a committer in the ONE Explorer related part. I just want to see the opinions of others as well.
