지금 수정사항은 pipedSpawn 이 spawn 과 같이 모든 error case 들을 뒷단(호출한쪽)으로 전달해주지 않아서 에러가 발생했는데 toolchain 이 캐치하지 못하여 메세지가 계속 나올수 있어요

We need "case by case" analysis on this.
