Browser hang issue

Describe the bug Browser getting hang when we keep idle for some time.

Note Commit Id - e486e74

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch browser/Open http://www.youtube.com/
2. Keep the browser idle for some time(minimum 4 minutes)
3. Try to click any one of the video, observe no response from browser
4. Observe one popup on top of the browser " Chromium-browser is not responding" and with two buttons force quit and wait.
5. Try to click on the force quit
6. Browser not closing after click on force quit.

Expected behavior Browser should not hang.
