23h2 - After restart PC checked option (Enabled Custom Sounds) ON - open as OFF

yes , but logically best way to make remembered switcher

The on/off value is determined from the Windows sound configuration. If something else is changing the system sounds then it will display as off.

I d'not change Windows sound configuration , may be it some bug\specific with sounds on start-up PC ... If I quit TopNotify and run again ON position is in ON, if restart PC ON position in OFF state. May be change in code switch button state as in registry key on slide and check on daemon start this key and set switch button from reg key ?

The current code just checks the value of the current sound in the registry. There must be something that is setting that registry value when your PC reboots.
