`scratch-blocks` now has a [draft PR](https://github.com/scratchfoundation/scratch-blocks/pull/3338) to merge everything into develop. I don't see one yet on the other repos though.

The editor is unusbale for anyone with cat blocks enabled right now.
I think addon names and maybe also setting names should stay selectable.
