Speed up PoW verification hashing

The use of String is mainly due to reading in from JSON and then logging for debug purposes. Better to keep them around for now.

Changes have been made to our backend API (mainnet) to alleviate this issue. Resources are being moved over from OXT to better handle XPUBs with larger transaction sets.
