File Upload Test and bug fix

Test for this pr https://github.com/SamagraX-Stencil/stencil/pull/159

Upload file uses two endpoints right now

  • files/upload-file (stable) Single File upload for localhost & Minio
  • files/upload-files Multiple File upload for localhost & Minio

Download file works same as before

  • files/download/filename for downloading files from localhost or minio
