At present, our project lacks standardized guidelines and information for contributors submitting pull requests (PRs), which can lead to inconsistent contributions and difficulty in reviewing changes. To address this, we aim to implement PR templates, providing a structured format for contributors to follow when creating PRs. These templates will include sections for describing the purpose of the PR, outlining the changes made, and any additional context or considerations for reviewers.

Objective

The primary objective of this issue is to create and integrate PR templates into our project's repository. By establishing standardized guidelines for PR submissions, we aim to streamline the contribution process, improve the quality of PR descriptions, and facilitate more efficient and effective code reviews.
