Updating npm package does not sync with Alfred config

Thanks for creating awesome libs :)

When users have update their workflow through npm, the workflow's plist file is being overwritten.

In my thought, it could be very convenient to maintain user's configs (Including workflow environment variable) by saving them somewhere, and migrate them to new plist file when npm upgrade the workflow, if possible.
