Feature request: Allow creating a log of queries that take more than x ms to execute

When you have a large codebase, sometimes is hard to find the bottlenecks. I would be super useful if MiniProfiler can log the heavy queries so we can review and optimize them later

It looks like this issue stayed open but was resolved with the above commit. Can you close this @ghost?
