Please push the source tar ball to pypi

I made this build recipe for conda forge: https://github.com/conda-forge/staged-recipes/pull/6565

It is ideal if the source tar balls are pushed to pypi for a reliable download location for these downstream package managers. Conda forge prefers pypi to github releases as convention.
