Cannot connect using 3.1.1

Bug Description For some reason, now when i try and deploy my files, it doesn't allow me to and it says something to do with cannot connect. It was working beforehand and now it doesn't work, it doesn't work for this specific host but it use to and it works just fine on my filezilla which is weird.

This would be great if someone could assist with this. As it's literally breaking my clients GitHub updates for there bot hosting I'm providing.

Also having this problem on another host, it seems a usual issue with the latest version of pterodactyl
