Zone Completion Crashes GW2PAO

Hi I keep on having the same problem every time I use this feature, after a few minutes it crashes the program and resets all the explored area, furthermore it does not recall what I have already found from one session to another.

I can send any information that you require, if you indicate where this might be.

Yea, I'm going to need more details than just "after a few minutes it crashes."
