Show description when entering value for tracker

Hello I want to use Track and Graph to track general well-being.

For this you need a ask a few full-sentence questions. However, Track and Graph seems not very well suited for this, because only the title of a tracker is shown, not the full description.

I would really appreciate if the description could be shown on the 'Enter value for' screen!

That looks really interesting. I'm a little confused though, you should be able to use the full question as the title of the tracker. When you go to input a value you get a scrolling window containing the full question and then the input.
