`derive` shouldn't be present in `onError` as specified in [Lifecycle](https://elysiajs.com/essential/life-cycle.html#life-cycle). referencing it on `onError` now should show a type error as 321a7c5, published under 1.0.21

Accessing a c.query variable removes c.cookie.

This should have been fixed in 1.0.15, please update and let me know.
