Big boost pads on non standard maps

Big boost pads only work on standard maps due to the hard coded pad positions. Add support for non-standard maps. See https://gist.github.com/Longi94/5be73367d0682056ee3c2ecbcf70226c (I used RLBot to get the coordinates).
