SGE: Changing the Date of First Payment should not change the Opportunity Close Date

In Single Gift Entry, automation is in place that will update the Date of First Payment (Scheduled Date) to match the Close Date, and visa versa (if the Close Date is changed, the Date of First Payment is updated to match).

It is common that the Close Date is intended to be the date the last payment is expected, or it might be date of agreement of the pledge. It won't typically be the Date of First Payment unless there is only one payment expected and the Opportunity is being entered Closed/Won.

The Close Date needs to be able to be entered independently of the Scheduled Payment dates.
