SGE: Partial Soft Credit records should not be created for full soft credit

• What is the current behavior?

When creating a Single Gift Entry (SGE) record and applying soft credit to another contact for the full value of the Gift, a Partial Soft Credit record is being created for the full value of the gift.

• What is the expected behavior?

If the soft credit is for the full value of the gift, no Partial Soft Credit record should be created.

• What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

This duplicates the behavior observed if the Opportunity is created any other way with a soft credit not specified for a partial credit. Reporting will be inconsistent between records if this is not resolved.

• Acceptance Criteria

  • Given: I create a gift from a SGE page
  • When: I assign a contact to receive soft credit marked as "full"
  • Then: No Partial Soft Credit record should be created

A record created via Batch Gift Entry, API insert or directly from the Opportunity tab with the same values should have the same records created as in SGE.
