Null Values are not supported on Personal Site Contact pages

On a Personal Site Contact page, once Volunteer Skills or Availability are selected for a Contact, it's not currently possible to reset those values to blank again.

Workaround: If a volunteer using their Personal Site page needs to remove all values, rather than editing the picklist to remove the organization will need to create a new "None" value and select that instead.
