Mass Email Volunteers Does Not Respect Org Wide Address Profile Settings
Issue: Mass Email Volunteers will display all available Org Wide Email Addresses regardless of Allowed profile settings. V4S will populate that drop-down with the current user's email address and any entry in Org-Wide addresses.
Setup an Organization-Wide Address called [email protected] that only Profile A has access to it. If User with Profile A and clicks the Mass Email Volunteers detail button on a Volunteer Job record, then the "From:" drop-down shows their user's email and [email protected]. But if another User with Profile B does the same then they can also see their user's email and [email protected]. They should not be able to [email protected] as Profile B does NOT have access to the Organization-Wide Address per the setup menu.
