Display additional information in the popup from the Shift Calendar

Pierre Kaluzny (Sputnik Moment) asked a question. How could we display a new rollup on Shift Calendar? I have a situation where an org would like to display the number of Volunteer Hours with Status = Prospect the same way the Shift Calendar shows "Confirmed" and "Still Needed".
