Created a DefinitelyTyped type definition for sfcc-ci

Checking in here to see if there is anyone willing to take a look at https://github.com/DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped/pull/60517 as a simplistic typescript definition file for sfcc-ci. Also wondering, if it's acceptable, whether it would make sense to mention its existence in the sfcc-ci README.

@kshehadeh It might make sense if you contributed them directly to this repo via PR and added to package.json "types" property. That's the preferred method for adding types to a project anyway.
