[BUG] [email protected] does not work with node 16

Steps To Reproduce

1. use https://github.com/SalesforceCommerceCloud/pwa-kit/discussions/395 to install the developer preview
2. Have node 16 installed on your machine
3. run "npm run dev"

Expected result

It should work in node 16

Actual result

App crashes with error "SyntaxError: The "req1-ssr-overall-start" performance mark has not been set"

Thanks Mark for creating an issue. This is in our backlog, and we will add Node 16 support after AWS lambda supports it.
