[BUG]Promo code input does show error message in V3

Steps To Reproduce

• Visit https://pwa-kit.mobify-storefront.com/
• Add an item to cart
• Go to Cart
• Open promo code accordion
• Input an invalid promo code
• Click Apply, the accordion does not show error message for invalid code

Expected result

Describe what should have happened.

• Successfull toast will show up if promo code is valid
• Error will show below the input and the accordion will not close

Actual result

Describe what actually happened. Promo Code accordion will close and not show any error message
