Generic Error deploying B2C_Admin page to Sandbox

When deploying to a sandbox for the first time, the following non-descriptive error is displayed Screen Shot 2021-08-04 at 12 10 55 pm

Thank you for posting an issue to this repository. Can you please describe a bit more the context here? Is the sandbox is a brand new sandbox? What are the licences the sandbox has?
