Synchronization SF <-> CC

I installed the package on my sandbox orgs (sf and cc). I'm using Accounts and Contacts (no person accounts), and i'm trying to understand how the synchronization between the systems works. I created a new account/contact records on my salesforce env. but they were not synced to my cc env. Also, I created a new customer under specific site on my cc env. (for example: RefArchGlobal site) and again - this data was not reflected on my sf env.

What am I missing here ? Can someone please clarify to me how the synchronization between the two suppose to work ?

Hi @Verwest89, I'm having a similar issue, but just from SFSC -> SFCC side. All worked fine until recently, and it just stopped doing anything on SFSC side. Did you find an answer to your issue?
