"Style" for buttons does not seem to work

Love this plugin, thanks! The only thing not working on my system, is I can't seem to appy styles to the buttons... they all just stay grey, ie if I select style > emergency for the button it does not change to red.

hmm will investigate, might be something changed in OctoPrint itself, not sure right now.

Okay well I found the problem here erm... Will be fixed after I implemented the functionality O.o not sure why the menu point is there but the function is not implemented.

Any idea when this might get fixed? It's a useful feature.
