Brush War lets you coup countries without any influence
Title is pretty self-explanatory. You can use Brush War to coup countries that don't have influence from either side. Not much of a reason to do it so it's a bit of an obscure bug but a bug nonetheless. You also get the VP if succesful.
Screenshots Attached:
Before the coup. Look at Venezuela.
After the coup. No influence gained since there was none to start but the war was indeed succesful.
I think it's technically legal. We may want to add a sanity check. "Are you sure" though tbecause it's a rather silly move.

I think we're literally a day or two away from new arcade being playable....
will fix all of this stuff on the new versions that have been ported over.
