Frozen TS game against Telechris

Game was going great, no issues whatsoever until all of the sudden it froze. My side shows it's waiting for him while his shows the opposite. No idea what might have caused this, no connection drops.

If you look at the log you can see there's an inconsistency with I-P War. My side shows the real version, he played I-P war before I played Containment.
