Debug - options edit

Update the debug module to allow editing and deleting nodes and branches from the options 'tree'.

  • Find a method and ui options to make it possible to delete nodes and their children
  • Edit nodes

It would be best if editing could happen in place, and if saving happens on change with an immediate refresh.

Side task:

  • correct css to show a [-] when a node is expanded - indicating it can be contracted.
