Make text in progress update for file send monospace.

The file transfer sitemessage is impossible to read as the text jitters horribly.

Please put the numbers in the update in spans with a class "monospace" then add a class by that name to the saito base css definition that defines a monospace font family.

This should stop the message from jittering as all the numbers will have the same width.
