Mentions is not picking up saito identifiers where they are available.

You can see here that if you type an identifier after the @ existing identifiers are not found.

We should be handling these like the 'old' version where typing @tes identifies test212121@saito and adds that to the text as @test212121@saito...

Also small fix - remove the list when it is empty. (it is showing as a small circle now that I have added padding.
