Remove highlight when changing road selection in Settlers.

If you select a road to build, do not confirm and click another spot... the original highlight is not removed - as per picture...

This is also an issue for placing settlements and would be an issue for city upgrades except there wasn't any confirmation logic for upgrades.

So, it's a 3-for-1 issue!
