Fix the css for saito-input-quote in main chat app

The way the saito-input expands in the footer of a chat-popup (.chat-container) looks good, but in the sparse footer of a chat-popup (.chat-static) as used in the .chat-main-container of the main chat application can look bad depending on what chat messages get partially covered by the invisible background

• Need someone with the time to play around with the css in the constrained context to make it look good
