Chat box management issues...

• [x] Chat box jumps to top left on first enter.
• [x] First chat opened does not resize when the top left corner is dragged - subsequent chats do. (event not added?)
• [x] When resizing chats manually the bottom left corner should be static and the rest of the window should grow and shrink from that point. Right now the window moves around when you are resizing it.
• [x] The icons are very, very confusing:

Can we please have them not change and one just be minimise and the other maximise. And use standard icons for that. IF the user wants some interim size the can resize manually again.

• [x] When minimised the chat should shrink horizontally to the default width and drop to dock at the bottom of the screen. (The bottom right corner should end up directly below where it was before the window was minimised.)
• [x] Moving chats over each other results in very strange focus effects.
