Navi Config file / settings system

I think it would be pretty cool to have a Navi settings system to fine tune how navi works. This system can be as expansive as being able to flip switches within Navi or as basic as making variable edits within the config.py file

This can play hand in hand with memory as well. Like telling Navi where to look for memories and if the user wants to clear said memories.
