Navi | CLI Arguments.

One of the things CSI Linux had mentioned was the ability to use Navi without actually diving into the full Navi |CLI program. So for instance to get a response from the AI back end it would be along the lines of navi -q "Tell me about neural networks"

This system would be of use in multiple ways including just having a quick way to get AI based responses to questions from anywhere on the system.
