This feature request is quiet similar to https://github.com/cryptomator/android/issues/24 but a bit different so I'll leave it open. Both issues should both be considered while implementing.

Multiple accounts for OneDrive will be available with the next update, see https://github.com/cryptomator/android/issues/405#issuecomment-1021023015, but for Google Drive and Dropbox this still needs to be implemented.

We're still focusing on other features but it is on our roadmap and we also consider it as an existential feature. Please stay tuned.
