site not responsive in medium screen and improvements in navigation tabs.

Describe the bug

  1. When you resize the screen into medium one ,you can observe error in Enroll button it deformed and not working appropriately.
  2. Also want to improve the navigation tabs, make it more responsive like adding over effect with some great CSS part. To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
  1. Resize screen to medium.
  2. Scroll down to courses
  3. observe the size of enroll button.
  4. See error

Expected behavior It should normally behave as for full and short screen. Screenshots
